Hugo Souza will be a strong possibility for Benfica, but only with the departure of Helton Leite, who is Odysseas Vlachodimos’ replacement.
The Brazilian press reports that negotiations are already underway between the two clubs for the sale of Hugo Souza’s pass.
The 1.99-meter-tall goalkeeper was recently appointed to Japan’s Vissel Kobe. Hugo Souza then refused to sign the contract in a deal that was valued at 1 million and 300 thousand euros, for 50 percent of the pass.
