Tom Brady, one of the best players ever in the North American Football League (NFL), announced this Wednesday the end of his “forever” career after 23 years at the highest level, in which he won the Super Bowl seven times.
“Good morning everyone. I’ll get straight to the point, I’m retiring forever,” said the quarterback in a video posted on social media.

Tom Brady, 45, spent 20 years with the New England Patriots, winning six NFL championships in that time. In 2020, he signed for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the team he played for the past three seasons in which he won his last Vince Lombardi trophy.
“I want to thank everyone who has supported me. My family, my friends, teammates and opponents. Thank you all for letting me live my dream, I wouldn’t change a thing,” he said.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers returned this season to qualify for the playoffs of the NFL, but was eventually eliminated in the first round by the Dallas Cowboys.
In February 2022, the quarterback he had already announced the end of his career, but about a month and a half later, Brady reversed the decision, revealing that he was back on the field. Now it says the rapture is “forever”.
Tom Brady is the only NFL player with more than five championships, was voted Finals MVP five times, NFL MVP three times, and still holds several individual records, including most passes to landings.
