Sporting reported this Thursday that the place of the club is under computer attack.

In a statement, the Alvalade club assures that it is a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) type attack that “consists of sending excessive requests from several compromised computers, causing an overload on the target servers.”
This “flood” of malicious requests is intended to disrupt the normal functioning of the website, causing access restrictions, and can even lead to the complete unavailability of the service.
