Manchester City wins at Arsenal and is already dreaming of another title extension

Manchester City won this Wednesday’s top flight in London against Arsenal, a postponed game from the 12th round of the English Football League, keeping the two teams level on points at the top of the standings.

Arsenal still have one game in hand, but the tiebreaks make the difference citizens in the lead, by overall goal difference.

The Londoners led the championship for 20 consecutive days as they conceded to the title champion this Wednesday with Bernardo Silva (saw yellow card) and Rúben Dias in the starting line-up with 23 rounds played.

The highlight, however, goes to the Norwegian Erling Haaland, the mighty striker of the blue sky, who scores 26 goals – an impressive record that already equals Sergio Agüero’s goals in 2014/2015.

After 21 rounds, City are back in charge of the league and they are doing it to full credit, with all their stars performing well and with goals from Kevin de Bruyne (24), Jack Grealish (72) and Erling Haaland (82).
