Nehemiah Keta made the nickname Keton worthy in the first All Star game as usual G League – NBA minor league. The Portuguese striker scored 22 points and was the best scorer of his team Team Scottwho was defeated by Team Luke (178-162).
The first Portuguese player to play in the NBA was selected to the all-star game, as a reward for his stellar season with the Stockton Kings, the satellite team of the NBA’s Sacramento Kings that selected him in the provisional version of 2021 in 39th place.
At the Jon M. Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, a pavilion close to where the All-Star gamebetween the Team LeBron and the Team Giannisadded the Portuguese basketball player 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 tackle, in addition to 22 points.
Before the two minutes of the game, Neemias made a dunk in front of Shaquille O’Neal, who watched the assist, and finished as the third best scorer of the game, behind Luka Garza (voted MVP with 23 points and 8 rebounds and Sharife Copper (27 points and 8 assists).
