Manchester City beat Liverpool 4-1 this Saturday, in the great game of day 29 of the English league.
Mohammed Salah was even the first to score, putting Liverpool ahead in the match, but the Manchester team’s festival soon followed. Julián Álvarez equalized the game ten minutes later and, in the second half, Kevin de Bruyne, Gundogan and Jack Grealish sealed the result in favor of the Premier League vice-leader. Rúben Dias and Diogo Jota started, while Bernardo Silva came on in the 83rd minute.
In London, leaders Arsenal met their most direct competitor with the same result. The Gunners hosted and beat Leeds United 4-1.
Gabriel Jesús opened the scoring with a penalty in the first half. In the second, Ben White and another goal from Gabriel Jesus increased the score, while Rasmus Kristensen reduced for Leeds, but Granit Xhaka closed the result at 4-1. Fábio Vieira starred in the final minutes of the match.
Arsenal keep their distance from the competition, now adding 72 points in 29 games. Second, Manchester City have 64 points from 28 games.
