Gilmar Popoca coached Jean Lucas in the youth ranks of Flamengo, before the player traveled to Europe, and has only praise for the way the Brazilian midfielder worked in training: “Jean is very disciplined. He is interested in learning and developing He is a player with a strong personality.”
Jean Lucas has only played ten games in Monaco this season, without a single goal, having started just three times.
