Tickets for the general public for the Portimonense-Benfica are sold out, the Algarve club announced today, which is holding members-only tickets for sale for the match of the 32nd round of the I Football League.
“Tickets available to the general public, referring to the match between Portimonense and Benfica, on May 13 at 6 p.m. at Portimão Estádio, are sold out”the club said in a note on its official page.
The only places still available are reserved for Portimonense members, who can buy tickets for 10 euros on presentation of an equal number of membership cards, with a maximum of four per person.
The stadium has a capacity of 4,961 people and Benfica has already informed its supporters, on the recommendation of Portimonense, that props from the ‘incarnate’ club are not allowed on the bench where first category tickets are located, central west.
The game, of the penultimate round of the First Football League, starts on Saturday at 6 p.m.
Benfica has the opportunity to become champions in this round, in a scenario that is still unlikely and requires a combination where the ‘eagles’ won in Portimão and FC Porto lost at home to Casa Pia on Sunday.
With three rounds to go, Benfica leads the league with 80 points, four more than FC Porto.
