The Portuguese tennis player Nuno Borges was left out this Wednesday in the second round of Roland Garros, after losing to the Argentine Diego Schwartzman, former above 10 worldwide in three sets.
The national number one and player number 80 in the world was defeated by the current number 95 in the ATP ranking by partials of 7-6 (7-3), 6-4 and 6-3, in two hours and 32 minutes.
With the elimination of Borges by Schwartzman, who in the third round will face the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the Portuguese representation in the Parisian clay-court Grand Slam passes into the hands of Francisco Cabral, who disputes the couples draw with the Brazilian Rafael bushes.
