Union Berlin announced on Thursday that it has hired central defender Diogo Leite on a permanent basis. The German club confirmed in a statement that it decided to buy the athlete’s ticket to Futebol Clube do Porto.
Diogo Leite was on loan this season, played 40 games in Germany and helped Union Berlin achieve a historic qualification for the Champions League, with 4th place in the German league.
