Samsung delivery: what are the delivery methods?
At the Samsung Shop, you can receive it throughout mainland France. There are several delivery methods available:
- Express delivery;
- Delivery and commissioning by appointment.
Express delivery refers to mobile phone products, as well as small household appliances and multimedia devices. Parcels are delivered by Chronopost for home delivery, by Chrono Relais for delivery to a relay point, or by Chrono Same Day for same-day home delivery. (subject to eligibility). Orders are fulfilled in the Samsung Shop warehouse and then delivered to the carrier according to the selected delivery method. You can track the delivery of your package online.
The day before delivery, an email containing a secure personal code of 6 digits is sent to the address indicated during your order. This code must be communicated at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the order is deposited at a post office or at a Relay point located nearby. For its part, delivery and start-up by appointment refers to large household appliances and multimedia (TV/Audio/Monitors).

Delivery times: many options in the Samsung Store
Delivery times vary. They depend on the chosen mode of transport:
for small devices
- Chronopost 24h: delivery on D+1 working days (delivery the next day before 1pm for all orders placed before 4pm);
- Chrono Relais: delivery on D+1 business days (next-day delivery for all orders placed before 4:00 p.m.);
- Chrono Same Day: delivery on the same working day from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (delivery on the same working day for all orders placed before 12:00 p.m.).
For large and medium appliances
- Delivery in the Paris region (Ile-de-France and Oise): delivery within 2 to 5 business days at home for any order placed before 12 noon. The carrier will contact you via email after your order has been placed to arrange a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Delivery in province and Corsica: delivery within 5 to 10 business days for all orders placed before 12 pm The carrier will contact you within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order to arrange a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

How to receive the delivery if you are not at home?
As part of an expedition with Chronopost 24 hours, if you are not at home during the delivery, your Samsung Shop package is dropped off at the relay point closest to your home. You are then notified by SMS and email, and you must go to the address indicated with your ID to collect your order. You have a period of 8 days, after which the package is returned.
As part of a Chrono Same Day shipment, if you are not home at the time of delivery, it is postponed to the next day and the operator notifies you by SMS. Finally, if you have chosen delivery by appointment with start-up and you are not at home when the delivery person arrives, the carrier will contact you again to agree on a new delivery window.
