Prices, design, features: rumors abound about the Google Pixel 8 Pro. But against all odds, it was Google itself that mistakenly lifted the veil on the design of its next smartphone.
The Mountain View company has integrated the Pixel Pro 8 into Pixel Simulator, its color simulator, which allows viewing the future terminal from all angles, indicates The edge this September 6. The American media refer to a publication published in X by the journalist specialized in Android Mishaal Rahman, who was the first to spot the smartphone in the technology giant’s simulator.
Three colors and a temperature sensor.
The link provided by the journalist to access the Pixel 8 Pro tab in the simulator is no longer active. Mishaal Rahman, however, had time to take screenshots that provide certain indications on the phone.
In addition to its appearance, the simulator reveals that Google’s smartphone will be offered in three colors (porcelain grey, blue and black). It will integrate a SIM card cart, putting an end to rumors of eSIM compatibility, and will house a temperature sensor, as some noises in the corridors suggest.
For the rest of the details, we will have to wait until October 4 and the official presentation of the Pixel 8 Pro during the “Made by Google” event. Google is not in its first attempt at leaking the Pixel 8 Pro. The tech giant had revealed, before removing it, a demo video of its upcoming flagship’s temperature sensor.
