Have you always dreamed of seeing an emoji that represents a sad excrement, a strawberry that takes the shape of a panda or even an angry pig? Your dream is about to come true. For several hours now, Google has offered a new tool in its search engine, called “Emoji Kitchen.”
This tool was previously reserved for the Gboard application, Google’s keyboard. Now it is free access. To do this, simply enter the term “Emoji Kitchen” in the search bar and then click “In the kitchen!”

In total, 234 emojis can be mixed, with often delightful results. In this way, it is possible to benefit from a custom creation, combining two emojis of your choice. Google also offers a tool called “Randomize”, which displays a random combination.
Once your emoji is created, it is possible to copy it to keep it in image form. On the other hand, it is impossible to use it in the classic emoji format, within a text: in fact, the list of emojis is regulated internationally by the Unicode consortium.
The latter accepts new ones every year, before each operating system or social media provider (Apple, Samsung, Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) can adapt and integrate them.
A limit that has particularly prevented some activists, such as the Bretons, who for several years have wanted to convince the Unicode consortium to integrate their flag. A request that has not been answered so far.
