On the site that lists the user’s breakdown reports, a peak of 250 reports was recorded at 8:30 am on Wednesday morning. Internet users cannot make a call with their laptop fixation or computer or connect to the Internet.

In X, former-Twitter, some Internet users shared their frustration. “Your error network for several days, has played me in my nerves. There is no connection while I am in 4g and my damn Internet climate is green, which I have restarted my tel, all the updates are made … I am in the end,” writes a user.
“It also bothers Alsace … it becomes bored,” adds another.
For its part, the operator recognized a “technical incident” in certain departments of Breton. “After a technical incident in Côtes d’Amor and finalist, you can find difficulties to use your box and mobile services if you are in these departments. Our equipment is mobilized to restore their services as soon as possible,” explains Bouygues Telecom in X.
Contacted by Tech & Co, the operator specifies having pointed out “two fiber cuts that currently interrupt the fixed and mobile services of its customers in Côtes d’Amor and the Finistère. “One of the cuts is due to an act of vandalism (…) Our technicians are currently mobilized to restore the service no later than today, at the beginning of the afternoon,” he adds.
