Senior sentences suspended eight months firm

“Now there are 34 people who have been convicted of massive and unjustifiable cyberbullying that Magali Berdah suffered. The fight continues,” added Mrs. Berdah’s Council.

The sentences pronounced by the court come from six months suspended eight months firm (convertible). The defendants will also have to pay fines of 300 to 500 euros to their victim, follow a citizenship internship and have the prohibition of contacting Mrs. Berdah, anyway, for three years.

The defendants will also have to pay collectively 10,000 euros to Mrs. Berdah for damage.

The insulting and racist messages began after the publication of a photo of Mrs. Berdah in Israel on her Instagram account the day after Hamas attack on October 7, 2023.
