The platform will not have taken long to react. According to Tech & Co’s findings, Tiktok eliminated the story of the Amine Mojito influence this Tuesday, June 24.
The same day, Arthur Delaport, deputy of PS and president of the Commission on the psychological effects of Tiktok in minors, the account of the controversial influencer informed the application of short videos.

“I have received many reports in this regard,” said the chosen official of Calvados de Tech & Co. “Since the Law of Influence (carried by Arthur Delaporte and Stéphane Vojetta, Editor’s note), I receive user reports continuously,” observes the deputy. “At first, it was mainly commercial influence, but with the audiences of Nasdas or Ad Laurent, they refer to other types of content.”
“In recent days, concerns about syringe attacks have increased. And Amine Mojito specializes in jokes,” he continues. In fact, last week, the influencer, which has more than 135,000 subscribers on Instagram and 60,000 on Tiktok, had fun simulating these terrifying attacks and passersby.
In these publications, there are many victims to run away or falls in precipitation. The whole matter, a few days before the Fête de la Musique, while several alerts threw themselves online, alerting possible attacks during the festivities.
Humiliations contrary to Tiktok rules
Especially because the content creator is a regular in the divide content.
Before disappearing for eight years from the platforms, and returning last November, the former king of Snapchat was filmed by whipping women or sprinkling them with liquid. Amine Mojito was sentenced in 2022 for provocation to discrimination, violence and hatred towards a group of people due to their gender.
“The problem is that this type of content informs money. These are humiliations contrary to the conditions of use of most platforms,” says Arthur Delaport.

Since then, Tiktok has banned the video account this Tuesday, June 24. A relief for the deputy, which, however, denounces the inaction of the platforms. In fact, several Internet users had already pointed out the Amine Mojito account, including their video of the PRNK attacks in the syringe, without real success.
For its part, the influencer wanted to explain in its joke. “The people who are going to paint people, have existed since the dawn of time. I am the initiator of anything (…) I started the jokes a week ago and I am disconnected from all the media (…) I did not make the link between the music festival and my jokes that could give the idea to the people to do it,” he details in an Instagram video.
The creator has not yet expressed himself about the elimination of his Tiktok profile.
