“A new way of navigating the web.” This is to offer Microsoft with “co -driver mode” (co -driver mode in French). Run on Monday, July 28, this is an “experimental mode” available in its homemade browser, Edge, to allow users to navigate the website more intelligently and more intuitively.
This, thanks to the new characteristics fueled by artificial intelligence. Among them, “actions.” With co -pilot that now supports natural voice navigation, the user can talk directly with him about what he wants to do.
Users can use this function to find information or ask the chatbot to open eyelashes to compare options between different products.
Clothing from the contrary
Microsoft does not intend to stop with “actions.” Because the user will have the possibility of authorizing the co -pilot to access the additional contextual information that he needs (history, identifiers …). This will allow the conversation agent to perform “more advanced and more fluid actions, such as making reservations or managing their careers in your name.”
At the moment, Copilot can include the context of what a user looks for with the “multi-niglet” context. It allows, if you allow you to see all the eyelashes you have opened.
With this function, a user who is looking for a vacation rental in several places can chat with co -pilot to “quickly identify the option closest to the beach and equipped with an equipped kitchen”, which will save time.
Resume where we stop
Finally, the “course” function allows the user to resume his research where he stopped, with a co -pilot that can suggest future actions. “For example, if you have investigated the creation of an online company, Copilot can recognize it and offer relevant information, such as tutorials to search while exploring different methods of web creation,” says Microsoft.
The co -driver mode is available on Monday on the edge for Windows and Mac, for all markets where the chatbot is now available. It is offered for free, but only “for a limited period.”
