For the cartoonists, the goal is not to allow parents to locate their child, but rather the sneakers couple themselves. “Know at any time when your son’s shoes are and enjoy tranquility,” says the company in place. But there is no doubt that it will also be a way for parents to know where their child is, knowing that some already use Apple Airtags for this purpose.
Follow objects, not people
If Sketchers allows you to slide a plane in this new torque, it is not a collaboration with Apple. The company also remembers that its label is designed to find objects (keys, wallets, luggage …) and not people.
And it is no coincidence that Apple insists on this, because their labels have been used several times to follow people without their knowledge, especially women. The Hakslers, for example, served to track their victims. A woman who has not supported the break also followed her ex for hours using a plane, before crushing her by car at the exit of a bar. Sketchers that offer only sizes for children with their new sneakers, they are unlikely to be accustomed to track adults. Keep in mind that they are only available in the United States, with a price that ranges between 52 and 58 dollars.
