Amelibot’s obstacle
For its site, Health Insurance favors its conversational “robot,” called Amelibot. But far from the effectiveness of ChatGPT, the tool quickly presents its limits. As for the “exchange space”, that is to say the messaging system, it does not allow sending a new message, to the disgust of the users.
So, to bypass the chatbot and talk to a human, you have to… go through the chatbot. This is the only way to access it.
To do this, you must write, for example, in the Amelibot conversation bar “I want to talk to an advisor”. The chatbot will try to regain control and offer you two solutions: continue with it or “contact my box directly”.
Therefore, this second option sends to the messaging service where you will still have to choose your topic and then click on the last link offered “I did not find the answer to my question, I’m typing a message.” You can (finally) send a message to an advisor.
