With Qiara, Alexis Bidinot kicks the anthill. His goal: to make remote monitoring accessible to everyone. To do this, the company’s founder created a price-breaking connected alarm.
A groundbreaking strategy
Also on the subscriptions front, Qiara is taking an aggressive stance. Her offer starts from 9.99 euros the first year. “At the most of the maximum, you will pay less than thirty euros to have remote monitoring,” says Alexis Bidinot.
This disruptive strategy is reminiscent of Free’s early hours in the telecommunications sector. Not surprisingly, since Alexis Bidinot participated in the launch of the telephone operator and internet service provider. He was then deputy general manager of the Iliad group, to which Free belongs.
This recipe consists of “shaking up a market with relatively little competition and offering the best product, at the best price”, explains Alexis Bidinot.
To complete her speech, Qiara announces a 90% French production. Apart from the camera optics, “all whose skills are in Asia”, all the connected alarm is made by a partner in Laval, in Mayenne.
