Salto closes on March 27: this is how the refund works

In an email sent to subscribers, the platform said it will shut down permanently on March 27.

Jump lives his last moments. If registration is no longer possible, current subscribers will still be able to enjoy the shows until March 27, the streaming platform announced in an email sent to its customers.

But if the nostalgic can take advantage of the latest programs, the time for termination and, above all, refunding will soon come. Salto’s official website was also updated to give final instructions before the automatic termination on March 27.

Therefore, those who want to anticipate can end up directly in the application or on the website, in the My Account section.

They will then be reimbursed in proportion to the number of days remaining in the month, or in the current year for the annual offer. The refund will be made “directly to the payment method associated with your account”, specifies Salto.

Personal data for 10 years

Regarding subscriptions through Bouygues Télécom or Amazon Prime, Salto does not commit to reimbursement and refers to the platforms for their reimbursement conditions.

Regarding personal data, it will be partially deleted on April 27 (account data, survey data, etc.). On the other hand, the accounting data contained in the invoices (and therefore the emails, the contract numbers, the billing dates and the amount of the invoices) will be kept for 10 years, in accordance with regulatory obligations.
