“I let you do your job”: invited to audition in the Senate on the regulation of influencers, Booba will not go

Although the Senate had planned to audition Booba on April 13, the rapper indicates that he will not participate in the exchanges.

“I’m not trying to play politics,” Booba announces on his Twitter account. Public Senate announced that the rapper was going to be auditioned by the Senate, information confirmed by BFM. But the rapper renounces to participate in the videoconference as planned.

This hearing was to take place within the framework of a National Assembly bill, led by the deputies Arthur Delaporte (PS) and Stéphane Vojetta (Renaissance).

The bill aims to combat scams. But also to create the ban, for an influencer, to promote cosmetic surgery. It strictly regulates advertising related to financial products and services and alliances in the alcohol sectorspecifying that the rules provided for by the Evin law apply to influencers.

Magali Berdah auditioned

Above all, the senators listen that same day at 3:00 p.m. to Magali Berdah, influencer agent. The date, therefore, is not trivial since a judicial process opposes the rapper Booba.

The rapper has made the excesses of the influencers his battle horse. He accuses Magali Berdah of fraud and denounces what he calls “influencers”. He accuses them of promoting scams on social media.

On April 3, Magali Berdah filed a complaint against Booba for broadcasting a video revealing personal information about her. The rapper was placed under assisted witness status in the framework of an open proceeding.
