Ukraine once again accuses Russia of kidnapping 20,000 children since the beginning of the invasion. In March, 150 minors were reportedly transferred from the Luhansk region to two Russian centres.
The Ukrainian resistance center claims that almost 20,000 children have been illegally transferred to Russia since the start of the war.
In March, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin for kidnapping Ukrainian children.
