US President Joe Biden called his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping a “dictator” on Tuesday during a reception hosted in California with donors for his 2024 presidential campaign.
US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday that his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, belonged to the “dictator” category during a reception in California in the presence of reporters.
