Former Dutch soccer player Edwin van der Sar remains in intensive care, but in a stable condition and out of danger for his life, after suffering a brain hemorrhage, Ajax revealed on Tuesday.
“Edwin is still in the intensive care unit, but is stable. His life is not in danger. He is always communicative when we visit him. We must wait patiently to see how his situation evolves,” the club said via Twitter. from Amsterdam.

Edwin van der Sar, 52, was on vacation on the Croatian island of Hvar when he suffered a brain haemorrhage and was airlifted to a hospital in Split.
The goalkeeper, former player of Ajax, Juventus, Fulham and Manchester United, was, since November 2014, general director of the Dutch shield, but at the end of May his departure was announced, by decision of the former goalkeeper, although the functions only cease. August 1
