At least 13 people died and more than a dozen were injured after the bus they were traveling in fell into a ravine in the Peruvian city of San Luis, located in the Ancash Region (west).
The vehicle fell into a 100-meter-deep ravine, local authorities said, quoted by the RPP radio station.
Authorities are still at the scene of the accident and police said the injured were being transported to hospitals.
The bus, belonging to the Turismo Andino company, was heading to the city of Lima.
The driver lost control of the vehicle, which overturned several times, according to the Europa Press news agency.
