Trump is convinced he will be acquitted of match-fixing in Georgia

Former US President Donald Trump showed on Monday that he is confident he will be acquitted of charges of rigging the election results in the state of Georgia, taking into account an investigation, the results of which should be known next Monday.

“A large, complex, detailed, but irrefutable report on Georgia’s presidential election fraud is nearing completion and I will present it at an important press conference,” the former president announced.through social networks.

The presentation will take place Monday in Bedminster, New Jersey.

For Trump, this is a “conclusive” report that will lead to the dropping of “all charges” charged against him and 18 other defendants in the same trial.

“There will be a total acquittal. They never looked for those who committed fraud in the elections,” he stressed.

Donald Trump was accused of trying to provoke fraud with the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state of Georgia after an investigation led by Fani Willis, which lasted more than two years.

The former president faces 13 charges, including violation of an anti-corruption law, which, if confirmed, carries a prison sentence.

The suspects also include his former personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and his former chief of staff, Mark Meadows.

Trump had already received four charges for trying to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

In New York, Donald Trump has filed 34 charges for alleged payments to pornographic actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 election campaign.

In Florida, he has 40 counts of theft and holding confidential documents.
