Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law onannexation of four Ukrainian regions and the decrees formally appointing at its head the leaders that Moscow had already installed there.

Iranian drone strikes in Kyiv region leave one injured
One person was injured in the attacks by Iranian suicide bombers on the city of Bila Tserkva, about 100 kilometers south of Kyiv, the regional governor said on Wednesday, the first of its kind in this area.
