The Palestinian Red Crescent expressed alarm on Tuesday about the attacks outside one of the humanitarian organization’s hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip, where civilians have taken refuge to protect themselves from Israeli bombings.
“Air and artillery attacks continue in the Tel al Hawa area of Gaza, where the Al Quds hospital is located,” declared the Palestinian Red Crescent (MLRP), on the social network X.
“The building is shaking and the displaced civilians and work teams are in a state of fear and panic,” he added.

The PRCS had already reported shelling in the area on Sunday night.
The hospital director told the France-Presse news agency that the Israeli army had ordered the evacuation.
The head of the World Health Organization (WHO) called the call “deeply worrying” and said it was impossible to evacuate a hospital without endangering the lives of patients.
“We reiterate that it is impossible to evacuate hospitals full of patients without endangering their lives,” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus wrote in X.
In addition to patients, the hospital complex is home to 14,000 people who took refuge there to escape Israeli attacks, according to the Red Crescent.
Israel has repeatedly accused Hamas of using hospitals to hide weapons or fighters. The Palestinian Islamic movement categorically denied this accusation.
