According to the authorities, fifteen properties were searched this morning on the orders of the administrative courts.

According to official data, Hamas has about 450 members in Germany, highlighting that its activities range from “expressions of sympathy, propaganda and even fundraising or donation activities” to “strengthening the central organization abroad.”
Regarding Samidoun, it is said that this network “advocates the use of violence as a means to defend political interests and denies Israel’s right to exist.”
On November 2, Germany banned activities on its territory linked to Hamas, especially those of an association whose members expressed support for the Islamist group’s attacks on Israel.
German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser announced the measure, claiming that Hamas aims to “destroy the state of Israel.”
On October 12, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz had expected the Interior Ministry to “ban the activities of Hamas in Germany,” referring to an association close to him, Samidoun, “whose members celebrate terrorist acts more brutally” .
Samidoun is an organization “that carries out anti-Israeli and anti-Jewish propaganda under the pretext of being an association of solidarity with prisoners,” the Interior Minister added, justifying the ban, adding that this movement “several organizations supported and glorified.” terrorist organizations foreigners”.
