An attacker with a firearm claimed “multiple victims” this Wednesday at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, in the United States of America. Local authorities later reported that the suspect is dead.
“We are responding to preliminary reports of an active shooter on the UNLV campus. [Universidade de Nevada Las Vegas]”, began the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police on X (formerly Twitter).

In the same communication, the authority noted that there appeared to be “multiple victims” and asked the population to avoid that area.
About half an hour later, local police reported that the suspect had been located and was dead.
