Emmanuel Macron “recalled the imperative need to preserve the security and protection of nuclear facilities, which can only happen through a withdrawal of Russian forces,” the presidency said.
“He also reaffirmed his determination that Ukrainian sovereignty over the plant be respected,” he added.
