British Minister Gavin Williamson, who had no portfolio, announced on Tuesday his resignation from the Rishi Sunak Executive after accusations of having sent aggressive messages to former colleagues and employees of the “Tory” parliamentary group.
In a letter to Sunak posted on Twitter, Williamson rejects the “characterization” of his accusations, but admits that they have become a “distraction from the good work the Government is doing for the British.”
