A historical economic agreement signed with Washington
In Odessa, “the enemy attack has damaged the residential buildings, the houses, a supermarket, a school and cars. The fires exploded (…) two people were killed by the strike (of the drones) and five others were injured,” local governor Oleg Kiper in his telegram account.
This new Moscow attack occurs when the United States and Ukraine have just signed a great economic agreement in Washington on Wednesday an investment fund in the reconstruction of this country devastated by the war and giving the administration of Donald Trump access to Ukrainian natural resources.
In parallel, there are multiple international diplomatic negotiations to find a result for the conflict, more than three years after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, punctuated by almost daily bombings in civil structures.
