Therefore, Canberra and Amsterdam ask the ICAO council to impose Russia “to begin negotiations with the Netherlands and Australia on this issue and supervise this process,” added the same source.
The team of international researchers from the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia, Belgium and Ukraine had completed in 2023 that there were “strong indications” according to which Russian President Vladimir Putin had approved the supply of the missile that fired the plane.
