Many “vulnerabilities”
The first exams carried out “show that Bayesian could be vulnerable to strong winds,” concludes in an intermediate report made public on Thursday by Maib, the British organization responsible for investigations on serious incidents in the sea.

According to weather readings, the wind blew more than 70 knots (130 km/hour), overthrowing the ship, which then took the water and sank. An analysis of the British Meteorology Office considered the formation of a particularly violent storm, since it had been able to generate maritime tornadoes, the report also points out.
Mike Lynch celebrated his release in June 2024 in a fraud trial in the United States that could have cost him years in prison.
An investigation into the death of the four British is underway in England. The rescue of the remains of the sailboats was suspended last week after the death of a diver. Operations must resume Thursday, said TMC Marine, the company responsible for this mission.
