At least seven people were killed and almost 70 other wounds in the collapse of a bridge in a railroad in southwest Russia, which derail a train this Saturday, May 31 on the Ukrainian border, Russian authorities said.
The railway company spoke of an “illegal interference” as the cause of the disaster that occurred in the British region. Russian authorities at this stage have not made any connection with the conflict in Ukraine, which has not officially commented on the incident.
“The collapse of a bridge on the railroads left seven dead,” regional governor Alexandre Bogomaz wrote in Telegram.

He then mentioned the figure of “69 injured, three children. Three victims are in serious condition, including a child”, adding that “44 people were hospitalized”, in an early update on Sunday.
