The Russian strikes killed two people and injured at least 60 at night from Tuesday, June 10 until Wednesday, June 11 in Kharkiv, the second largest city in Ukraine, after similar attacks that killed three people in kyiv and Odessa.
Russia and Ukraine continued on Tuesday in the second phase of an important exchange of war prisoners, the only concrete advance of recent peace conversations in Istanbul. But they are in the impasse and the night attacks aimed at the Ukrainian civil population continue at a sustained pace.
Nine injured children

On Tuesday, a person was killed and another four wounds in a drone attack after having destroyed a mini market in the Russian region of Belgorod, according to Governor Viatcheslav Gladkov.
Thirty -two Ukrainian drones were intercepted above Russia at night from Tuesday to Wednesday, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
In this context, the two countries still proceeded Tuesday in the second phase of an exchange of magnitude of war prisoners decided during direct conversations in Istanbul in early June. The two capitals did not specify at this stage the number of soldiers involved in this exchange, whose first phase took place on Monday.
