Iranian President Massaud fishshkian accused Israel of trying to kill him, without, however, specify at what time, in an interview with the American animator Tucker Carlson broadcast this Monday, July 7.
“They tried yes. They acted accordingly but failed,” said Massaud fishshkian. “I was at a meeting (…), they tried to bombard the area where we celebrated this meeting,” added the Iranian president, ensuring that “he was Israel,” according to a translation of his comments from an interpreter.
“No problem” to renegotiate with the United States
Iranian president, in the same interview, said his country “had no problems” to resume conversations with the United States, despite Washington’s bombing of several nuclear sites in Iran during the war between the Islamic Republic and Israel in June.
“We do not see problems to take care of the negotiations,” said Massaud fishshkian, wondering “how” Iran could “trust” in the United States again.
