A tragic incident. A 4-year-old boy died in the water park of an English city at Stoke-on-Tint this Monday, August 4. The girl was found unconscious in the Waterworld Park around 4:15 pm and could not be resurrected.
The pool was first attended by the pool by the rescuers of the aquatic park, in the “Laguna” sector of the establishment. “They immediately carried out a cardiac massage and called emergency services,” the park said in a statement this Monday night.
The park closed this Tuesday
The emergency services arrived five minutes later, while the rest of the visitors were evacuated during the operation. Then, the girl was transported to the hospital, but died “shortly after,” said Sky News police.
Research is now carried out to understand the circumstances of the accident. The Staffordshire County Police also appealed to the witnesses, to find anyone who has probably observed the scene, adds the BBC.
The Waterworld Park provides work with the authorities in the investigation. The establishment, “in shock”, remains closed on Tuesday, August 5.
