The war in Ukraine made two additional victims. The Russian bombings left two dead and 12 injured in a vacation camp in the Zaporijia region in southern Ukraine, authorities announced on Wednesday, August 6.
“Two people were killed” and 12 other wounds, including at least two children, said regional governor Ivan Fedorov, in Telegram. The Russians made “at least four strikes”, probably with air pumps, in this camp around six in the local morning, said the governor.
In the photos, published by emergency services, we can see bodies in the ground in Puddles of Blood, and firefighters fighting fire that affect vacation houses.
Zelensky asks the United States to increase pressure on Russia
“There is a zero military sense in this attack. Only the brutality to scare,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on social networks.
During the same night, one person was killed and several other injured by the Russian bombings in the city of Pokrovsk, one of the fighting stories in eastern Ukraine, said the Municipal Military Administration.
Zelensky also urged Washington to intensify his pressure on Russia to force her to put an end to her invasion of Ukraine, which has continued since 2022, shortly after the arrival in Moscow of the American emissary Steve Witkoff.
The Kremlin “will only seek to finish the war when it feels enough pressure,” he added.
Russia continues to attack her neighbor daily, despite a new ultimatum released by Donald Trump in Moscow to end the worst armed conflict in Europe since World War II.
