The United States Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegesh, is criticized after having left a video on Friday, August 8, in which several people ask for women in the United States at the end of the right to vote.
This video is a CNN report in which a journalist followed several shepherds near Doug Wilson, theologian, himself a conservative and very radical shepherd. In exchanges with the journalist, Doug Wilson indicates that he would like to live in a country and even in a completely Christian world.
The movement that this pastor follows promotes the superiority of men in relation to women and the submission of the latter to her husband. Doug Wilson, as well as another shepherd interviewed in the report, indicate that they want the end of women’s vote.
“The current system is not good”
“I am in favor of the abolition of amendment 19 to the Constitution (which gives women the right to vote throughout the country), because I think the current system is not good for humans,” said Jared Longshore, one of the shepherds.
Another preacher of preliminary believes that he would prefer that there is a vote for his home. “It will be I who votes, but after having argued it with my wife,” he said.
Pete Hegseth republished the video writing “All Christ, throughout life.” In the comments, some support it. “May God protect him, Lord,” writes a surfer. “Amen, Christ is the king,” adds another.
However, there are many who are shocked or question the Secretary of Defense about their real positions. “This should make you shoot,” says a user. “There is nothing Christian in this church,” said another.
