The summit is planned at 10:30 am (08:30 GMT), with several leaders present in Paris, including Volodymyr Zelensky, the presidents of the European institutions Ursula von der Leyen and Antonio Costa, the Finn Alexander Stubb, the Danish puts Frederiksen or the Polish Donald Tusk, while others will participate by vision.
