The association expects this medium to be opening a legal front in France against Israeli colonization of the Palestinian territories, convicted of the United Nations.
Forced population transfer
The complaint is based on the provisions of the French Criminal Code that repress “crimes against humanity” of acts such as “deportation or forced transfer of the population”, “persecutions” or “segregation”, when committed “in the execution of a plan concerted against a civil population group within the framework of a generalized or systematic attack.”
He also believes that these settlers could be criticized for a complicity in the crime of war for having contributed to the “transfer of Israel as an occupying power, of a part of its civilian population in the occupied Palestinian territory.”

The association, which militates for the rights of the Palestinian people and supports the movement “boycott, divestment, sanctions (BDS)” against Israel, had participated in the presentation of a complaint in July against two Francoisraelí soldiers accused of abuses in Gaza.
Except East Jerusalem, occupied and annexed by Israel, about three million Palestinians live in the West Bank, along with around 500,000 Israelis installed in colonies that the UN judges illegal with respect to international law.
