The Zaporijia nuclear energy plant, occupied by the Russian forces in southeastern Ukraine, does not present the “immediate danger” while working thanks to its “rescue generators,” said the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (AIEA).
“The largest central center in Europe has been deprived of external foods for at least a week, which constitutes with the most long event in more than three and a half years of war,” said Rafael Grosi in a statement published Tuesday to Wednesday, October 1.
His statements occur after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky considered “critical” the situation of the power plant.
