The anti-aircraft sirens began to sound this Friday in kyiv, shortly before the start of the summit between the European Union and Ukraine, according to journalists from France-Presse (AFP) who were accompanying the meeting there.
According to AFP, the sirens began to sound in several cities in addition to the capital, when the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, greeted the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the president of the European Council, Charles Michel.
