The President of the Republic delivers a speech, mid-morning, in a solemn session in the European Parliament, in Strasbourg. It is the second time that Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa has addressed MEPs after, seven years ago, at the beginning of his term, he praised Portugal’s role in the European institutions.
