For Patrick Mirouse, president of the ECF (French driving school), the license price also remains a central theme related to this number of hours:
“The national average is now 30 hours: 35 hours for the classic sector and 28 hours to drive accompanied.”

“Today, those who say that this will increase the price of permission by 20% This is not true,” insists Patrick Mirouse.
For him, “the important thing is to have a progressive learning of driving,” welcoming the fall in the minimum age to approve the license, which is dedicated at age 17 since last year:
“The more we learn young people, the more we are motivated (…), we should spend the driving accompanied at 14: 14 years are the crossroads of mobility, with more and more edpm such as scooters or even quadruple with cars.”
