The use of artificial intelligence can sometimes make some traders skeptical, but it is quickly becoming an essential tool. In any case, this is the observation established by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Paris. The organization has just made a practical guide available to professionals to familiarize them with the use of AI.
To obtain the guide, simply fill out a short form (surname, first name, company sector of activity, etc.). The document provided by the ICC is of an educational nature. It includes, in particular, a glossary of AI jargon, as well as a list of the different tools available depending on the trader’s needs.
To demonstrate the benefits of AI in many sectors, the guide is based on concrete examples. There we meet a restaurateur who asks ChatGPT to list three accompaniments that go well with lamb, a manager of a children’s clothing store who uses the chatbot to find the ideal slogan…
Digital support
If ChatGPT has become essential, the CCI presents other AI-based tools. “Durable” can, for example, help merchants create a website “with a few clicks without any coding knowledge.” It is still interesting if we know that 81% of consumers research online before making a purchase, according to a Pew Research study.
Businesses looking to build their brand by creating custom content can turn to Lexica or Ideogram to generate images, banners, posters, and other simple brochures. If the goal is to improve customer communication, marketers can use Wordtune to rewrite entire paragraphs of text. Chatfuel allows you to create chatbots on Facebook, Messenger and Whatsapp.
Most of the tools offered are available for free in a limited version. For ChatGPT, for example, you have to pay 24 dollars per month, or 22.7 euros, beyond the trial period. For professionals who want personalized digital support, the guide redirects to CCI’s digital offerings. It is also possible to contact a business digital advisor directly.
