Vinci also says it has set up a dedicated reporting facility “to enable network users to identify supply levels zone by zone in real time.” The latter includes, in particular, a map that can be consulted on the home page of the operator’s site, which is updated “three times a day”, the free Ulys application for smartphones, an information radio (107.7) or a permanent customer service number (3605).
“Significant improvement” throughout France
On Wednesday afternoon, of the 181 areas of the Vinci highway, only 10 of them were “in total supply shortage” and 17 experienced “partial ruptures”, according to information reported on the company’s site.
